Sports science

Real Data.
Real Results.

Most competitions use a stopwatch and a notepad. We use the same technology that powers elite D1 programs, Olympic training centers, and professional sports organizations.

Every measurement is objective, repeatable, and tied to real athletic benchmarks — not gym bro estimates. You'll receive a digital scorecard after the event with your data against normative athlete populations.

OVR Timing Gates
Precision laser timing for the 10-yard dash. The same system used at NFL combines and D1 programs. Every hundredth of a second, captured.
Hawkin Dynamics — CMJ
Countermovement jump with arm swing on dual force plates. Captures jump height, peak force, and rate of force development simultaneously. The same system used by D1 programs and Olympic training centers.
Digital Scorecard
Post-event, every athlete receives their full score breakdown against normative athletic population data. Keep it. Train against it.
Tri Star Performance Lab
Housed at 214 Commerce St, Kingsport — the most advanced sports performance assessment facility in the Tri-Cities region.
